Justin

Owner/Master Technician
Master Certified Mercedes Benz Technician with 20 years automotive experience and 12 years service at a Mercedes dealership. Former MD state vehicle inspector. Justin ran the certified pre-owned repair/reconditioning department for many years at a local Mercedes-Benz dealership. He founded Mercedes Specialists in 2014 and opened the current location in 2015. He enjoys spending time with his son and family as well as traveling and is an avid firearms enthusiast.

Ian

Service Advisor/Shop Manager
After almost 25 years in the auto industry, working in the shop, Ian has made the switch to the service Advisor/manager position. We have sent him to multiple service advisor and management training classes and the results speak for themselves. He is great with customers and has the technical knowledge to explain things in detail to better help our customers understand the repairs they may be faced with. He is a highly skilled welder and fabricator and enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with his wife and son.

Tom

Shop Foreman/Master Technician
Master Certified Mercedes Technician with 15 years Mercedes dealership experience. Tom was also shop foreman at a local Mercedes dealership prior to joining our team. He gained extensive hands-on training with classic Mercedes models from other master Mercedes technicians at the dealership that were factory trained on those models when new, prior to their retirement. Tom is an avid boater and camper, and is currently restoring a 1940`s gas station into a home. He is also a proud owner of multiple classic Mercedes vehicles.

Jarett

Technician
Factory trained Honda certified technician with 13 years Honda dealership experience. We have sent Jarett to Sprinter specific training classes as well as extensive in-house training from our Master Certified technicians. He handles most of the Sprinter repairs in our facility. A father of 2, he enjoys camping and the outdoors with his family and is an avid motorcyclist.

John

Master Technician
Master Certified Mercedes Technician with 15 years Mercedes dealership experience. John is the newest technician on our team, but we have known him for 15 years. He is a great fit for our busy shop. A father to 1 daughter, he plays in a local softball league every year and also enjoys hunting and golf.

Laura

Parts Manager
Laura has 10 years experience in the automotive parts and service industry, three years of which was with a local Mercedes dealership as a certified parts professional. She also comes to us with service advisor experience and helps Ian manage the day to day operations and answering the phones. She is the proud mother of three girls who enjoys gardening and cooking in her spare time.

Luke

Apprentice/Shop Assistant
Luke has been in the auto repair industry basically since birth as his family owns numerous repair shops in the area. He is a hard worker and has a willingness to learn and succeed. As an apprentice technician he will train under our Master Certified technicians to gain as much knowledge as possible, as well as attend formal training classes. Luke enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends.
